  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  West central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 831 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rains
  associated with thunderstorms across the advised area. This will
  cause minor flooding in these areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Pottstown, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Quakertown,
  Birdsboro, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, East Greenville,
  Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Topton, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New
  Morgan, Spring Ridge and Zionsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
