CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS AND
SOUTH CENTRAL NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 728 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lyons, or 13
miles northeast of Reading, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Quakertown, Hellertown, Kutztown,
Fleetwood, East Greenville, Topton, Bally, Lyons, Lenhartsville,
Pleasant Valley, Zionsville, Ancient Oaks, Lehigh University,
Geryville, Springtown, Fountain Hill and Pennsburg.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
