The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 215 PM EDT

* At 1115 AM EDT, reporting gauges indicate flooding continues along
  Pennypack Creek due to heavy rain earlier this morning. An
  additional rise of a foot or so is possible before the creek
  crests early this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
