The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 345 AM EDT

* At 1140 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with rainfall
  rates of up to 1 inch per hour that will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Phoenixville, Coatesville, Downingtown, Parkesburg,
  Elverson, Valley Forge, Glenmoore, Paoli, Chester Springs,
  Pughtown, Lionville, Lionville-Marchwood, West Goshen, Malvern,
  Atglen, South Coatesville, Modena, Exton and Thorndale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
