The National Weather Service in MOUNT HOLLY NJ  has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1145 PM EDT

* At 850 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of one inch per hour or greater are
  being estimated. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Easton, Bethlehem, Hopatcong, Forks, Hackettstown, Wilson,
  Washington, Blairstown, Nazareth, Bangor, Mount Arlington,
  Stanhope, Pen Argyl, Netcong, Wind Gap, Bath, Belvidere, Harmony,
  Oxford and Alpha.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
