The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1115 PM EDT

* At 818 PM EDT#...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two inches of rain have already
  fallen in the warned area. Additional training of thunderstorms
  may result in another inch of rainfall. The additional rainfall
  will likely lead to Flash flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
