* At 514 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. An additonal round of showers and thunderstorms
  will move into the region early this evening. This will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Georgetown, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Milford,
  Chestertown, Denton, Centreville, Harrington, Romancoke, Camden,
