...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN MORRIS AND
CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTIES...

At 428 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Hainesville to Franklin to
Hopatcong. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

Winds up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Port Jervis around 435 PM EDT.
  Green Pond, Highland Lake and Vernon Valley around 440 PM EDT.
  Kinnelon, Butler and Upper Greenwood Lake around 445 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include White Meadow Lake.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
