* Until 445 PM EDT
* At 407 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Parkesburg to near Homeville to Lombard, moving
northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Severe thunderstorms will be near,
Parkesburg, West Grove and Cochranville around 410 PM EDT.
Coatesville around 415 PM EDT.
Ladenberg and Kemblesville around 420 PM EDT.
Downingtown, North Star and Pike Creek around 425 PM EDT.
Kennett Square, Lionville-Marchwood, Hockessin, Lionville,
Marshallton, Chester Springs and Ashland around 430 PM EDT.
West Chester around 435 PM EDT.
Phoenixville, Royersford, Elam and Valley Forge around 440 PM EDT.
Norristown, West Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown, Collegeville,
Trappe, Paoli, Cheyney, Concordville and Gradyville around 445 PM
EDT.
Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Harleysville, Exton, South Coatesville, Modena, Thorndale, Chester
Heights, Evansburg, Malvern, West Goshen and Audubon.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
In addition to large hail and damaging winds...frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
immediately. Remember...if you can hear thunder...you are close
enough to be struck by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
