The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 645 PM EDT

* At 342 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving across the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake
  Bay. As this heavy rain moves across the Eastern Shore...one to
  two inches of rain can be expected in a short period of time in
  some places. This will cause minor flooding...mainly poor drainage
  and roadway flooding...during the afternoon commute in the
  advisory area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
