  East central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT

* At 316 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen...and more rain is on the way. Flash flooding is
  expected in the heaviest rainfall bands.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
