...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN BERKS AND
NORTH CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 225 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Manheim to near East Petersburg to near
Millersville. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Wernersville around 250 PM EDT.
  Sinking Spring around 255 PM EDT.
  Reading, Wyomissing, Honey Brook, New Morgan and Spring Ridge
  around 300 PM EDT.
  Laureldale and Elverson around 305 PM EDT.
  Birdsboro around 310 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Wyomissing Hills,
West Lawn, West Reading, Lorane, Kenhorst, Mount Penn, Reiffton,
Amity Gardens, Whitfield and St. Lawrence.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
