...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 141 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Enola to New Cumberland to Valley Green.
Movement was northeast at 50 to 55 mph.

Winds up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Newmanstown around 215 PM EDT.
  Womelsdorf, Wernersville and Robesonia around 220 PM EDT.
  Sinking Spring, Bernville and Strausstown around 225 PM EDT.
  Reading, Wyomissing, Laureldale, Leesport, Fairview Hgts and
  Spring Ridge around 230 PM EDT.
  Hamburg and Shoemakersville around 235 PM EDT.
  Fleetwood and Lenhartsville around 240 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Centerport and
Whitfield.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
