CASTLE...NORTHWESTERN SALEM AND WESTERN GLOUCESTER COUNTIES...

At 750 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered over Pennsville,
or near Wilmington, moving east at 10 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Pennsville, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns
Grove, Salem, Woodstown, Alloway, Quinton, Delaware City, Newport,
Hancocks Bridge and Wilmington Manor.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
