At 910 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pellettown, or
8 miles north of Newton, moving southeast at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Kinnelon, Boonton, Butler, Franklin, Mountain Lakes,
Riverdale, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Branchville, Lake Mohawk,
Pequannock Township, Lake Telemark, Green Pond, Pellettown, Highland
Lake, Crandon Lakes and White Meadow Lake.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
