The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 730 AM EDT

* At 530 AM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Rainfall rates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour are occuring.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes, Milton, Bridgeville,
  Dagsboro, Millville, Ellendale, Henlopen Acres, Cape Henlopen State
  Park, Sycamore, Long Neck, Ocean View, Blades, Dewey Beach and
  Bethel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
