...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 AM EDT FOR
CENTRAL ATLANTIC...NORTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND...EAST CENTRAL SALEM AND
SOUTHEASTERN GLOUCESTER COUNTIES...

At 234 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
across portions of the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Additional rainfall is expected over the next
few hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Vineland, Millville, Cumberland, Pleasantville, Northfield, Absecon,
Buena, Egg Harbor City, Weymouth, Estell Manor, Newfield, Pomona,
Mays Landing, Elwood-Magnolia, Olivet, Malaga, Dorothy, Mizpah, South
Vineland and Rosenhayn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
