* Until 1245 AM EDT
* At 1126 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated that moderate rain was
falling across portions of the advisory area. Two to four inches
of rain have already fallen in some areas. Be alert for ponding on
roadways as well as low lying and poor drainage flooding.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Easton, Georgetown, Talbot, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel,
Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Delmar, Trappe, St. Michaels, Dagsboro,
Preston, Smithville, Grasonville, Gumboro, Copperville, Agner,
Choptank and Windyhill.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...country roads...farmland...and other low lying
spots.
