The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1245 AM EDT

* At 842 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
  across the advised area. Up to two inches of rain is likely this
  evening. Poor drainage and low lying flooding are expected as a
  result.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Millville,
  Ellendale, Henlopen Acres, Cape Henlopen State Park, Long Neck,
  Ocean View, Greenwood, South Bethany and Dewey Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
