...A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN
SUSSEX...NORTHEASTERN TALBOT AND SOUTHEASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 313 PM EDT, radar indicated showers and thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from near Sharptown to near Gumboro.
Movement was north at 10 mph.

Heavy rainfall is occurring with these showers and thunderstorms...
and may cause ponding on roadways and poor drainage areas. Do not
drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Ocasional cloud to ground lightning is occuring. Lightning can
strike 15 miles away from a thunderstorm. If you see lightning or
hear thunder seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Georgetown, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Federalsburg, Bridgeville,
Dagsboro, Preston, Harmony, Smithville, Gumboro, Agner, Sycamore,
Griffin, Long Neck, Blades, Frankford and Bethel.
