  Eastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 PM EDT

* At 716 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  One to two inches of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
  Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, Spring Ridge, Gilbertsville, Stowe,
  Shillington, West Reading and Boyertown.
