  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1030 AM EDT

* At 930 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
  redeveloping near the Hunterdon and Morris county line, which
  may cause pockets of minor flooding eastward across the area
  through 1030 AM.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset,
  Edison, Bridgewater, Dover, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East
  Hanover, Lincoln Park, Bound Brook, Manville, Kinnelon, Chatham,
