  Northwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 AM EDT

* At 345 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in some poor drainage areas within this advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lehighton, Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Palmerton,
  Jim Thorpe, Slatington, Nesquehoning, Weatherly, Walnutport,
  Delaware Water Gap, Stormville, Pocono Pines, Lake Harmony,
  Tannersville, Long Pond, Kresgeville, Sun Valley, Reeders and
  Beltzville State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...country roads...farmland...and other low lying
spots.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams...rivers...or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
