The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  West central New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 515 AM EDT

* At 108 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated bands of heavy showers and
  thunderstorms will be moving into this advisory area through at
  least 4 am. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Calvert, New Castle, North East, Rising
  Sun, Delaware City, Zion, Blake, Barksdale, Glasgow, Bear,
  Wilmington Manor, Fair Hill, Glen Westover, Bay View, Lombard,
  Delaware Memorial Bridge and Andora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
