  Over 5 inches of rain have fallen in the Red Clay Creek
  basin. Major flooding is occurring late this evening and
  will continue into the overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than you think.
