for Red Clay Creek in New Castle County...

Over 5 inches of rain have fallen in the Red Clay Creek
basin. Major flooding is expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded
areas. The water may be deeper than you think it is.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Red Clay Creek at Wooddale.
* until Monday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:45 PM Sunday the stage was 7.3 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 12.5 feet
  tonight. The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow
  morning.
