  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT

* At 426 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Elsmere, New Castle,
  Delaware City, Newport, Barksdale, Stanton, North Star, Glasgow,
  Bear, Port Penn, Brantwood, Wilmington Manor, Pike Creek, Glen
  Westover, Saint Georges and Greenville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
