The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Southern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 AM EDT

* At 1049 PM EDT... Heavy rain will cause minor flooding in poor
  drainage areas in the advisory area. Doppler radar and automated
  rain gauges indicated between one and two inches of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Somerville, Sandy Hook,
  Somerset, Edison, Middletown, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, South
  Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick, Tinton Falls, Holmdel,
  Middlesex, Princeton, Red Bank, Bound Brook and Manville.

Additional localized rainfall between one and two inches is possible
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...urban areas...highways...streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
