...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN OCEAN AND SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 741 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Penn State
Forest, or 23 miles southwest of Toms River, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Barnegat, Tuckerton, Surf City, Warren Grove, Bass River State
Forest, Penn State Forest, Beach Haven West, Manahawkin and Ocean
Acres.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

In addition to damaging winds...frequent cloud to ground lightning
is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately.
