The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 530 PM EDT

* At 335 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to around one inch of rain has already fallen in a short period
  of time. An additional inch or more is possible.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Millsboro, Selbyville, Dagsboro, Millville, Long Neck, Ocean View,
  Frankford and South Bethany.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
