...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 AM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND AND CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 347 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated one batch of heavy rain,
probably near 1 inch, occurred near Cape May Courthouse in central
Cape May County.  Another batch of heavy showers and thunderstorms
is about to pass over southeast Cumberland County and parts of Cape
May County. This should cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Ocean City, Cape May, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Woodbine, Sea
Isle City, Avalon, West Cape May, Stone Harbor, Cape May Court House,
Scotch Bonnet, Seaville, Dennisville, Strathmere, Eldora, North Cape
May, Diamond Beach, Green Creek, Goshen and Rio Grande.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
