The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 745 PM EDT

* At 341 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall of
  one inch is expected over the area which could result in minor
  flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Smyrna, Milford, Harrington, Camden, Clayton, Cheswold,
  Woodside, Viola, Hartly, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Hazlettville, Dover
  Base Housing, Dover Speedway, Sandtown, Rising Sun, Wyoming,
  Felton, Frederica and Kenton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Do not drive your car into flooded areas.
