SOUTHWESTERN KENT...TALBOT...CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S...CAROLINE AND
SOUTHWESTERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 649 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Starr, or near
Centerville, moving south at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and dime size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Easton, Centerville, Seaford, Denton, Centreville, Federalsburg,
Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Trappe, Preston, Oxford, Goldsboro,
Queen Anne, Smithville, Grasonville, Starr, Copperville, Jumptown and
Agner.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
