The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Northern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 645 PM EDT

* At 445 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  scattered nearly stationary thunderstorms. This will cause minor
  flooding in parts of the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Havre De Grace, Calvert, North East, Rising Sun, Charlestown,
  Cecilton, Betterton, Sassafras, Zion, Richardsmere, Woodlawn,
  Newtown, West Nottingham, Octoraro, Conowingo, Rock Springs,
  Massey, Bay View, Farmington and Hollywood Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...country roads...farmland...and other low lying
spots.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams...rivers...or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
