The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT

* At 414 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into southwestern Berks County. This will
  cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
  Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport, Shoemakersville,
  Bernville, Lyons, Fairview Hgts, Spring Ridge, West Reading,
  Centerport, Wyomissing Hills, West Lawn, Whitfield and West
  Wyomissing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...country roads...farmland...and other low lying
spots.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams...rivers...or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
