The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 1115 PM EDT

* At 819 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rain
  over central and southern Delaware and adjacent sections of the
  Maryland eastern shore, with the heaviest rain off the Delaware
  coast. Flash flooding is no longer a threat to the areas. As a
  result, the Flash Flood Warning previously in effect has been
  cancelled and replaced with this Areal Flood Advisory until the
  majority of minor flood issues, such as roadway flooding, abates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
