The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 628 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated several areas of heavy
  rain in the northern portions of the county. These areas of heavy
  rain are expected to become more numerous during the mid to late
  evening hours, producing rainfall rates of two inches per hour.
  Minor flooding can be expected where the heaviest rain happens to
  fall.
