The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 815 PM EDT

* At 511 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms in both the northwestern and southeastern sections
  of the county. These thunderstorms are expected to cover a larger
  portion of the county through the early evening hours. These
  thunderstorms have a history of producing rainfall rates up to one
  inch per hour. Expect minor flooding in the areas of heaviest
  rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
