* At 411 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated a large cluster of
  thunderstorms over western portions of southern New Jersey moving
  east at about 25 MPH. Rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour have
  been reported. Flash flooding is expected in the areas of
  heaviest rain through the afternoon commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
