  Western Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EDT

* At 332 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  very heavy rain across portions of the warned area. Rainfall rates
  up to 2 inches per hour have been reported. Expect flooding in the
  areas of heaviest rainfall through the afternoon commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
