* Until 430 PM EDT

* At 322 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Arden to Bear to near Bay View, moving southeast at
  30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
           trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Calvert, Chester, Glassboro,
  Pennsville, Pitman, Carneys Point, Elsmere, Paulsboro, New Castle,
  Penns Grove, Salem, North East, Woodstown, Alloway, Rising Sun,
