* At 256 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving in from the northwest. Expect minor flooding
  on roadways and in poor drainage areas in the pockets of heaviest
  rain as these thunderstorms move through.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
