* At 214 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the advisory area. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Norristown,
  Chester, Phoenixville, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville,
  Yeadon, Westtown, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Folcroft, Ambler,
  Swarthmore, Elsmere and Paulsboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
