...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN BERKS...
NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND NORTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 555 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Pottstown to Wernersville. Movement was
east at 50 mph.

These storms have weakened but strong wind gusts up to 50 mph are
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Wyomissing, Birdsboro,
Collegeville, Royersford, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
Trappe, Wernersville, Leesport, Adamstown, Schwenksville,
Shoemakersville, Elverson, Bechtelsville, Green Lane and New Morgan.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
