  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 529 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Some thunderstorms are
  producing rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour.  Flash flooding
  is expected to begin shortly in the pockets of heaviest rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles. Be careful during the evening commute.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks prone to flash flooding
should take precautions to protect life and property.
