  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* At 504 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the area from the west. Some of these
  thunderstorms have been producing rain at rates of 2 inches per
  hour. While stream flooding is not expected...poor drainage and
  roadway flooding can be expected where the heaviest rain happens
  to fall. Be careful driving during the late afternoon commute
  home.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
