...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTY...

At 434 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Honey Brook, or
7 miles east of New Holland, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Coatesville, Downingtown, Honey Brook, Pughtown, Lionville,
Glenmoore, Lionville-Marchwood, Chester Springs, Exton and Thorndale.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
