MORRIS...HUNTERDON...SOUTH CENTRAL SUSSEX...WARREN...SOMERSET...
SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS...SOUTHEASTERN MONROE AND
EASTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 411 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate heavy rain due to
thunderstorms...especially in northeastern Bucks County and
northwestern Hunterdon County. Additional heavy rain in the central
Susquehanna Valley will then move east. These events will cause
roadway and poor drainage flooding as they move through the area
during the remainder of the afternoon hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
