The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 800 PM EDT

* At 357 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms...totaling between 1 and 2 inches. Additional rain
  is on the way in a few locations. This will cause minor flooding
  on roadways and in areas of poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
