  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Northern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1245 PM EDT

* At 949 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Total rainfall amounts of 1
  to 2 inches are expected by late this morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset,
  Edison, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, Sayreville, North Brunswick,
  Carteret, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Bound
  Brook, Manville, Chatham, Mendham and Flemington.
